A.D.SYSTEMS raised funds through Pre-Series A round of financing by issuing SAFE-type warrants
A.D.SYSTEMS PTE.LTD. (hereinafter "A.D.S."), a Singapore-based company which globally expands platform business to design community incentive and engagement, has raised funds through Pre-Series A round of financing by issuing SAFE-type stock acquisition rights. The underwriters include SOMIC TRANSFORMATION INC., Kiduki Architect Inc. and RiskTaker Inc. as well as several other corporations and several individual investors.
A.D.S. has a mission of "social implementation of Social Capital" and operates a payment platform business which provides system integration between PEACE COIN, a Blockchain project that aims to visualize, value, and liquidate "values not evaluated yet," and various businesses and services which create sustainable frameworks. We are also engaged in a community solution business by providing consulting services to revitalize communities.
The procured funds will be used to develop a payment platform and community analysis tools that will serve as the foundation for integration between PEACE COIN and various services.
A.D.S. is committed to contributing to the development of a sustainable society by promoting collaboration with a wide variety of projects that are taking on the challenge of social good activities for a better society.
SOMIC TRANSFORMATION INC.
SOMIC TRANSFORMATION INC. is a subsidiary of SOMIC MANAGEMENT HOLDINGS INC., and was established in November 2021, aiming to solve social issues through business, with its business domain targeting social transformation and sustainable transformation. In April this year, the company began offering rental services of “SUPPOT”, a work support robot that incorporates know-how cultivated in the automotive parts industry.
